Spring 2023 Season
Congratulations to Girls Varsity Lacrosse’s Caroline Austin. Caroline was a big part of their 21-5 win over Ballston Spa having 3 goals, 3 assists, and 5 draw controls.
Congratulations to Boys Varsity Lacrosse’s Michael Hennessey. Michael had 6 goals and 4 assists for a total of 10 points. He began an 11-0 scoring run and put the game in hand after being down 3-1 after the first quarter.
Congratulations to Girls Varsity Flag Football’s Eleanor Keough. Eleanor combined for five total touchdowns against Saratoga. She had 2 through the air one of which was a 40 yard connection to MacPerson and another 18 yard touchdown throw to Hovey. Eleanor also had a 42 yard run to open up the second half for us. All of this in her game ever playing Football!
Congratulations to Varsity Baseball’s Tommy Case. Tommy threw a complete game shutout with 8 strikeouts in a 2-0 win over Burnt Hills. As a hitter, he added 2 of Shaker’s 7 total hits. He continues to show his dominance on the mound and at the plate early this season.
Congratulations to Varsity Track & Field’s Ruby Miracle! Ruby broke the Pole Vault School Record in their meet against Saratoga and Bethlehem.
Congratulations to Varsity Lacrosse’s Colin Devoe! In their game against Burnt Hills, Colin paced their offense the entire game. Scoring 6 goals and having 2 Assists, Colin helped Shaker win 16-6.
Congratulations to Varsity Softball’s Hannah Hipwell! Over two games Hannah pitched: 14 innings, 3 hits, 19 strikeouts, and O ER.
Congratulations to Varsity Track & Field’s Leonni Griffin. Leonni broke the 400m School Record in their meet against Saratoga and Bethlehem.
